Nicola Grace — Co-Founder and Managing Director
Nicola leads ETICO’s investment strategy, business development, market research and investor communication.
Her international experience spans New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Costa Rica and Paraguay. Her background includes corporate account support in finance, business development, entrepreneurship, property investment, property management, AIRBNB operations and more than 20 years mentoring entrepreneurs internationally.
At ETICO, Nicola works closely with investors to clarify their financial goals, compare property opportunities and identify investments that align with rental demand, capital appreciation, lifestyle value and risk.
Nicola speaks English and conversational Spanish, and her broad international experience helps her understand the expectations and concerns of foreign investors entering Paraguay’s property market.
Alexandrine “Lexi” Al Hakim — Co-Founder and Director of Operations
Lexi leads ETICO’s operations, client experience, property coordination and day-to-day service delivery. She works closely with Paraguan clients to help them enter the property market and rentals.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, account management, business administration, hospitality support and project coordination. Her previous work has included client-facing experience connected with internationally recognised hospitality brands such as Marriott, Sheraton, Shangri-La and Ritz-Carlton.
Lexi has also managed hospitality and short-term accommodation operations in Costa Rica and brings a practical understanding of guest experience, property presentation, communication and operational problem-solving.
Fluent in English, Spanish, French and Arabic, she helps ETICO communicate effectively with clients from a wide range of countries and cultural backgrounds.
Valentina — Property Content and Client Support
Valentina supports ETICO’s client communication, property content, social media and market presentation.
She helps introduce properties, developments and neighbourhoods to local and international audiences in a clear, warm and approachable way. Her involvement gives prospective investors, property owners and relocating clients a more personal and visual understanding of opportunities across Asunción and Greater Asunción.
Fluent in Spanish, Guaraní and English, Valentina also strengthens ETICO’s ability to communicate naturally with both Paraguayan and international clients, helping bridge local culture, language and market knowledge.
International Perspective, Local Involvement
Together, Nicola, Lexi and Valentina combine international experience with active involvement in Asunción’s property market.
The team does not rely solely on brochures, online listings or developer marketing. ETICO’s perspective is informed by property inspections, client purchases, rental enquiries, tenant placement, building management experience, developer relationships and firsthand observation of how projects perform after completion.
This allows ETICO to help investors look beyond the presentation of a development and consider the factors that ultimately matter: location, construction quality, tenant demand, achievable rent, capital-growth potential, developer performance and long-term property management.
